Holiday Home Schönblick is a detached house for up to 10 people in Kappl in the Paznaun valley, Tyrol. It sits at 1,300 m above sea level in a sunny panoramic position above the village, and offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 130 m² over two floors. This makes it ideal for large families, several families travelling together and groups on a skiing or hiking holiday – just 11 km from Ischgl and the Silvretta Arena.
The ground floor has the living room with satellite TV, the kitchen-living room with a dining area for the whole group, a double room, a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are two more double rooms, a triple room with a double bed, a divan bed and access to the balcony, a single room and the second bathroom with shower/toilet. In total there are 4 double beds, 1 divan bed and 1 single bed; every bedroom has its own washbasin.
The house was renovated in 2019 and is cosily furnished with lots of wood. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
In winter, the ski bus stops 10 m from the house and takes you to the Diasbahn, the valley station of the Kappl ski area 2 km away. The ski area offers around 40 km of slopes and a floodlit natural toboggan run; Ischgl and the Silvretta Arena Ischgl–Samnaun are 11 km away. The centre of Kappl with shops and restaurants is 900 m from the house. In summer, the house is a base for hiking and mountain biking in the Paznaun valley, and children love the Sunny Mountain adventure park at 1,830 m. Getting here: Landeck 21 km, Innsbruck Airport 92 km.
