Our house is located in a quiet sunny location, about 10 minutes walk from the center of Kappl. You can reach the Silvretta Arena ski region in Ischgl in 10 minutes by car.

We are happy to order fresh bread for you daily and bring it to your apartment door. You can also use our WiFi free of charge and store your skis and boots in the heated ski room with boot dryer. We offer our guests a large open garage, so your car stays snow and ice-free in winter. A ski bus stop to the Kappl cable cars is located directly in front of our house.
